Distillery

Built in accordance with the state-of-the-art technology, with monumental appearance reminiscent of world distilleries, the Savić Distillery uses imported equipment from the most recognized manufacturers of stills.

Production process

Taking care of the entire production process, from the picking of the highest quality varieties and fruit, through their preparation and aging in appropriate vessels, to the distillation process itself, the quality of our brandies is taken care of by a team of recognized technologists, who are ready to use the traditional recipes that we have preserved for over a century to make the highest quality fruit brandies at any given time.

Aging

In the aging process for plum and quince brandies in our brandy cellar, at the ideal temperature for aging, we use special, carefully selected barrels, made of oak from our location on Cer Mountain, while pear and apricot brandies are aged in state-of-the-art stainless-steel vessels. By following the aging of the distillate, we uncompromisingly preserve its quality, so that we are able to offer you the best experience in every glass.
